Frequently Asked Questions

While there is a pretty good chance you will find the answer to your question here, we are always happy to hear from you directly. So just give us a ring or write an email. Also, in the main navigation bar, that stretches across the top of every page there is a search function.

Do you accept returns

All sales are final and we don't accept returns. Fonts are DRM free software and software can be copied, duplicated and exist in many places at the same time. If you accidentally bought the wrong font or don't need it after all there is very little we can do. So make sure to ask questions first. We are always happy to help you find the best option for your project.

How do I sign up for your email newsletter?

Well that's easy, the form is over here. Our newsletter comes out infrequently and only when we have earth shattering events to announce, so don't be shy to sign up.

Do you sell web fonts?

We sure do. Our entire retail library is available in WOFF and EOT format. Read all about our pricing, screen optimization and best practices...

How long do I have to wait for my purchase?

Since we deliver all font software by download this can happen almost instantly. Once the payment has gone though your purchase will be made available right away. If you order a book or other media before 4pm, we will ship the very same day.

You sell in Euros. What happens if I want to buy from the U.S.?

Since we are shipping via download, customers purchasing from outside the EU will be charged at the current exchange rate via PayPal. To figure out how much our prices are in your currency just click on these icons: currency

What is a “device”?

This is a term you might have run into in our price structure as well as our EULA. It is a more precise way to say workstation or computer. By using the word device a server or a cell phone is included.

What are ProFonts?

Our line of ProFonts come with extensive character sets and language support. We think of them as work horses for advanced communication design. Typically these fonts would have cyrillic and greec character sets, lining and old style figures and a luxurious range of styles.
In our catalog they are marked with this little symbol . To find out what exactly makes a certain typeface a ProFont just click on the Features tab on any catalog page.

How do I get in touch with you?

Please contact us by email, phone or chat. Office hours are 9 am – 6 pm CEST. If you call from the US please keep in mind that we are six hours ahead.

Can I embed your fonts?

We strive to offer solutions for our customers participating at the forefront of this development.
